Erin Yoeli is Of Counsel to the firm and specializes in general liability matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Ms. Yoeli gained substantial litigation experience as a trial attorney for The Legal Aid Society in New York City and as a senior associate for a general litigation firm in New Jersey, where she handled a wide range of matters before trial and appellate courts throughout New York and New Jersey. Ms. Yoeli was also appointed by the Office of Attorney Ethics of the Supreme Court of New Jersey to both their fee arbitration and attorney ethics committees, on which she served from 2018-2024.
Ms. Yoeli received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Messiah University, and earned her law degree, with honors, from The George Washington University School of Law, where she was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, Dean’s Fellow, and an Executive Member of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Yoeli is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
