Hillary A. Wallace is a litigation associate specializing in medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wallace was associated with a general litigation firm, specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She also served as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Enforcement Division, and as a judicial intern for Justice Richard S. Wallerstein in Henrico County Circuit Court, Richmond Virginia.
Ms. Wallace received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and earned her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Ms. Wallace is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
