Ryne Duchmann is a Partner in the firm specializing in medical malpractice defense. As part of his practice, Mr. Duchmann is actively involved in the investigation and resolution of pre-suit litigation claims against hospitals and physicians. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Duchmann served as a judicial intern for Justice Joan Lobis in New York County Supreme Court and Magistrate Judge Michael Shipp in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Duchmann received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University, cum laude, where he founded the Washington and Lee University Parliamentary Debate Team. He earned his law degree, with honors, from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, where he was a finalist in the Langfan Oratorical Competition and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Duchmann is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York.
