Angela D. Vitali joined the firm in November 2013 as Senior Counsel, and is now a Partner. Ms. Vitali has more than 25 years of experience as a Litigator focusing on the defense of Medical Malpractice and complex Toxic Tort matters. She has extensive trial experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing value-enhancing litigation strategies from inception through trial. Ms. Vitali has been a Partner and Head of Complex Litigation at several major national/regional law firms. She is also a Court appointed Member of the Mediation Panel for the Southern District of New York with extensive negotiation and mediation skills both as a lead negotiator on behalf of her clients and as a Federal Court Mediator.
Ms. Vitali is a graduate of Fordham University, magna cum laude, and earned her law degree from St. John's University School of Law, where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and in the United States Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
